An Online
Real-World Community for Psychologists

Whether you are studying for the National Psychology Exam, finding your feet in the early years of practice, or refining your work later in your career, this is a secure online space created to support you in the real work of being a psychologist.

Explore the Circle Community

Two Communities, One Shared Commitment.

For years, I’ve hosted a thriving online community for early-career psychologists. As that community grew, so did the need for something more tailored across different stages of practice.

Psychologists in their first years have very different questions, pressures, and priorities compared to those further into their careers.

To make sure the space feels relevant and genuinely useful, there are now two dedicated platforms:

  • One for provisional and early-career psychologists
  • One for mid to late-career psychologists

Each platform is designed around the realities of that career stage. But both communities are built on the same foundations.

Core Benefits:

As part of your membership, you'll receive:

Clinical Resources & Training Library

Over $600 worth of tools and trainings included.

Members receive immediate access to an extensive archive of practical clinical tools, in-depth guides, and neurodiversity-affirming trainings developed exclusively for the Circle community.

This includes structured templates, specialist guides, and recorded trainings designed to support real clinical work. The library reflects the kinds of questions psychologists are actually navigating in practice.

You’ll also have access to video interviews where I speak with experienced psychologists across areas such as autism and ADHD assessments, chronic illness, private practice, insomnia, eco-psychology, sex therapy, offender work, and more.

The library continues to grow. Each month, I develop a new clinical resource or CPD-eligible mini training shaped by member feedback and votes, ensuring the content reflects what psychologists are actually needing in practice.

Fortnightly Research Breakdowns

Stay current with the literature, without sacrificing your evenings.

One of the most common questions I’m asked is, “How do I realistically keep up with the research?”

The honest answer is that most psychologists do not have the time to read multiple peer-reviewed papers each week while managing a full caseload.

As a PhD researcher and clinician, I sit between both worlds. That is why I created this segment for community members. Twice a month, I review recent research and translate it into clear, clinically relevant summaries. I focus on what actually matters for practice and what you can apply immediately in your work.

This is how you stay evidence-informed without burning out.

Peer Supervision Groups

Clinical growth, connection and CPD in one space.

CPD-eligible peer supervision groups run fortnightly, with East and West Coast options to suit different schedules. Each group is facilitated by a community member and provides a structured, reflective space for case discussion, ethical dilemmas, clinical uncertainty and skill development.

Groups are hosted securely within the platform using a private video conferencing feature, so everything remains contained in one place.

This is where psychologists connect, reflect and think out loud with other psychologists.

National Psychology Exam Preparation

NPE practice questions weekly, exclusive to the Early Career Community

Every Tuesday inside the Early Career platform, I post a new NPE-style practice question for those preparing for the National Psychology Exam. These questions are written to reflect the style and complexity of the real exam and are designed to strengthen applied clinical reasoning, not just content recall.

Members are invited to comment with their answers, and later in the day I share the correct response along with a detailed rationale. I walk through the thinking process behind the answer, so you are building exam-style reasoning over time.

Members can also form small in-house study groups within the platform, depending on interest and availability. This creates a structured, supportive way to stay accountable and prepare alongside peers who are working toward the same goal.

Secure Forums. Real Conversations.

Inside each platform, you’ll find moderated discussion rooms organised by topic. You can filter by interest and customise your feed so you see the conversations most relevant to your work right now.

These are professional spaces for thoughtful discussion, collaborative problem-solving, and genuine connection. The environment is secure and moderated, allowing psychologists to speak openly without the noise or unpredictability of public platforms.

Identity-Affirming Spaces
Optional private rooms are available within both communities for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ psychologists who prefer dedicated spaces for reflection and shared understanding.

You can engage at the level that suits you. Read, reflect, contribute occasionally, or participate actively in ongoing conversations, all within a safe and professionally aligned environment.

What Members Are Saying

I’ve been part of the Amanda Moses Psychology Community since late August 2025 and have found it to be a genuinely welcoming and supportive space where members openly share knowledge and lived experience from their internships and psychology careers. The research breakdowns are invaluable for time-pressed psychologists, and the monthly resources are both high-quality and highly relevant, with topics guided by group consensus and explored in real depth; they are immediately useful in practice. Having access to all past resources from the first month is a huge benefit, and the weekly NPE preparation questions were particularly helpful in building confidence, testing my knowledge, and highlighting areas that needed further revision.

Colleen O’Connor, Psychologist

Being a provisional or early-career psychologist can be extremely rewarding but it can also be challenging and daunting. Amanda’s community provides a go-to destination for accurate and up-to-date information, including all of the fabulous resources that Amanda creates, but it provides much more than that. Amanda has created a warm, welcoming, and supportive place where psychologists can feel safe and understood and where there is no such thing as a stupid question.

Amanda personally shares her wisdom, always in a down-to-earth, respectful, and nurturing way. She has an incredible knowledge of all things psychology, but she always lets others see that, first and foremost, psychologists are human beings, deserving of as much compassion and care as they show their clients. I feel truly blessed to be part of the wonderful community that Amanda has created, to have access to resources from such a seasoned professional, and to know that I am growing into the best psychologist that I can be. Thank you, Amanda

Alison, B. Psychologist

I’ve found the AM Community to be a supportive, ND affirming, knowledgeable group that I can engage in the way and amount suitable to me at the time. There’s lots of resources, as well as space to ask questions, read other people’s posts, and connect with people.

Olivia West, Psychologist

I set up my own psychology practice six months after completing my internship. A daunting process to say the least. Being a member of Amanda’s Circle Community has meant that I have not felt alone in this process. I am able to post questions and get advice and suggestions from other early-career psychologists. The Circle Community also gives me access to practical resources that I can use in my practice. The community is so respectful and safe, which is so important to me as a queer AuDHDer. When I have had any concerns, Amanda has been attentive and respectful in ensuring that I continue to feel safe. I cannot recommend the Circle Community enough.

Selina Vrsaljko, Psychologist

The Circle community has been such a valuable source of knowledge and connection as an early career Psychologist. I have found the included resources and extra PD opportunities to be incredibly helpful, and it’s so nice to be able to connect with like-minded peers through the forums. It’s really evident the time and attention Amanda puts into the community.

Amy, K. Psychologist

The quality of resources that are released in Amanda's community every month are second to none. They are relevant, neuroaffirming and so helpful for my practice as a Psychologist. They are jam packed with information, context as to why we choose certain approaches, how to adapt for different presentations. I use these resources all the time.

Tegan Campbell, Psychologist

I was surprised to find in my Masters year that stigma towards neurodivergent people and bullying is still something that’s far too common from both staff and students. I felt very lucky to be able to access both Amanda’s content to get more accurate and affirming information to take out into practice, and also so grateful for the Circle community. It was a saving grace. Being able to chat and get advice from other psychs, having the neurodivergent space and generally just having more positive experiences and interactions gave me hope about the field, my place in it and helped me keep me moving forward. Thank you Amanda and all the people involved who are part of this space 🩷

Clare Poustie, Provisional Psychologist

Amanda's courses are definitely on my list for continuing PD - she's absolutely brilliant!
And super lovely - an incredible, empathetic and caring role model for sure x

Something else that has absolutely spurred me on - realising just how much Amanda is doing for Neurodiversity and those of us realising, we are ND a little later in life.

Having Amanda and a few others with similar passions providing so much support and education and acceptance has truly blown me away.

Your Questions, Answered

Frequently Asked Questions About the Circle Community

What is the Circle Community for Psychologists?

The Circle Community is a private, application-based online community for psychologists in Australia and internationally. It provides structured professional development, peer supervision, research updates, clinical resources, and secure discussion forums designed specifically for psychologists at different stages of their career.

There are two platforms: one for provisional and early-career psychologists, and one for mid–late career psychologists.

Is this community only for Australian psychologists?

While many members are based in Australia, the Circle Community is open to psychologists practising internationally. The National Psychology Exam preparation content is most relevant to Australian provisional psychologists, but the clinical resources, supervision groups, research breakdowns, and forums are applicable across jurisdictions.

Does the Circle Community include CPD for psychologists?

Yes. Members receive access to ongoing CPD opportunities, including:

  • Monthly clinical resources or mini-trainings
  • Fortnightly research breakdowns
  • Peer supervision groups (CPD-eligible where appropriate)

The content is designed to support meaningful, applied professional development rather than passive learning.

Are peer supervision groups included in membership?

Yes. Members can join fortnightly peer supervision groups hosted within the secure platform. These groups provide structured space for case discussion, reflection, and collaborative problem-solving.

Supervision groups are available with scheduling options to accommodate different time zones and work schedules.

Does the community help with National Psychology Exam preparation?

Inside the Early Career Community, members receive weekly National Psychology Exam practice questions designed to mirror the style and complexity of the real exam.

Members can also participate in in-house study groups and access exam-focused discussions within a supportive, low-pressure environment.

How is this different from social media groups for psychologists?

The Circle Community is private, moderated, and application-based. Every member is verified prior to joining.

Unlike public social media groups, discussions occur in structured topic rooms, without advertising, algorithm-driven noise, or public exposure. The focus is on thoughtful professional dialogue, not performance.

How much does membership cost?

Membership pricing varies depending on career stage and subscription length. Plans typically range between $30–$40 per month, with discounts available for longer commitments.

There are no lock-in contracts, and you can cancel at any time.

Who is the Circle Community best suited for?

This community is suited to psychologists who:

  • Value structured professional development
  • Want to stay current with research
  • Appreciate moderated, secure discussion spaces
  • Are seeking collegial connection without social media
  • Want ongoing access to practical clinical tools

It is particularly helpful for psychologists who feel professionally isolated, time-poor, or unsure how to keep up with research while managing a caseload.
