  • Key differences between autistic burnout and other psychological presentations

  • How to identify clients who may not yet be recognised as autistic

  • Therapeutic strategies that support recovery

  • How to adapt therapeutic approaches to ensure care is neurodiversity-affirming and responsive to the needs of autistic clients experiencing burnout

Who is this training suitable for?

This training is suitable for psychologists, mental health professionals, and allied health professionals working with autistic people across the lifespan. Autistic burnout can affect both children and adults, and early recognition is critical to preventing further deterioration and supporting meaningful recovery.

What's included:

All registrants receive a clinical workbook Amanda has developed for working with autistic clients. It is a broader resource covering autistic clients’ needs and how to approach them therapeutically, in a digital format you can keep and use in your practice ongoing.
